We operate dual fulfillment modes: local overseas warehouse delivery and China air shipping delivery, depending on product inventory status.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

We do not ship on weekends or official public holidays.

2. Two Fulfillment Methods

A. Local Overseas Warehouse Delivery (In-stock items)

For products with local inventory in overseas warehouses (United States / Europe / Australia), we ship directly from our local overseas warehouse.
  • Processing: 1–2 business days
  • Delivery time: 3–7 business days
  • Fast local delivery, no long international transit

B. China Air Shipping Delivery (New Arrival / Out-of-stock items)

For new products or items without local overseas inventory, orders will be shipped from our China warehouse via international air shipping.
  • Processing: 1–3 business days
  • Delivery time: 7–18 business days depending on destination and customs clearance

3. Shipping Coverage

We ship worldwide to most countries including United States, Canada, United Kingdom, European Union countries, Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout based on item weight, size, and destination.

Free shipping offers are available for qualified orders as displayed on the checkout page.

5. Customs Duties & Import Taxes

All international shipments may incur local duties, taxes, or clearance fees.

Import duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

We do not cover or reimburse any customs fees.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email. You can track your package online in real time.

7. Shipping Delays & Exceptions

  • Overseas warehouse shipments usually arrive on time.
  • China air shipping may face slight delays due to customs inspection, airline scheduling, or force majeure situations.

    We are not liable for third-party logistics delays caused by carriers, customs, or uncontrollable factors.

8. Returned or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to incorrect address, customer refusal, customs rejection, or delivery failure, the buyer is responsible for reshipping fees if re-delivery is needed.

9. Lost or Damaged Packages

 

Package Shows "Delivered" But Not Received

 

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package:

 

  • Please wait 2 business days, as packages may be delivered to a neighbor or local pickup point
  • Check with household members, neighbors, or your local carrier office
  • If still missing after 2 business days, contact us at liwei@jeeteehome.com with your order number

 

Lost Packages

 

If your package is confirmed lost in transit:

 

  • Contact us within 30 days of the order date
  • We will resend the items or issue a full refund at your preference

 

Damaged Items

 

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

 

  • Please email photos of the damage to liwei@jeeteehome.com within 7 days of delivery
  • Include your order number and a brief description of the issue
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification

 

Note: We reserve the right to request additional information or photos for claim verification.

All delivery times stated on this website are estimates only and not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery may vary due to factors beyond our control.

 

Third-Party Logistics

 

JEETEE is not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by:

 

  • Third-party carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.)
  • Customs inspections or clearance delays
  • Airline scheduling changes
  • Weather conditions or natural disasters
  • Other force majeure events

Pricing Errors

All items shipped from US domestic warehouses (Amazon MCF & our overseas warehouse) may be subject to state sales tax required by local tax authorities. We do not collect sales tax at checkout.
